Per Curiam. The appellant was charged in a two count information with breaking and entering a dwelling with intent to commit a felony, to-wit: grand larceny, and with grand larceny. He pleaded not guilty, was tried by the court without a jury and found guilty as charged. He was sentenced to ten years in the state penitentiary on both offenses.
