Appeal is taken from a final judgment of dismissal. Appellants, Kleberg County Sheriffs Deputies Moseley, Ruiz, Gutierrez, and Gonzales sued Kleberg County (including the county auditor and county judge) for breach of contract, violation of U.S.C. Â§ 1983, conversion, and estoppel. The trial court granted the Countys motion to dismiss. Appellants assert four points of error. We reverse the judgment and remand for trial.
